In time periods, it is now possible to configure cyclic intervals of activity.
Instead of binding to specific dates or days of the week, you can specify recurring time intervals when the period is active and when it is not.
This is useful in order to be able to describe such graphs as 2/2, 3/4 and any others that are not tied to specific dates.
For example, the screenshot below shows the period that describes the 2/2 schedule from 8:00 to 20:00
And where does it say here that the start is at 8:00 - you ask? It's simple: the start of the countdown is the Start date of the period, which can be specified a little higher in the form.
The resulting activity calendar for the 2/2 period:
It works quite easily:
The first number is the amount of time that, starting from the Start date period is active
The second is how long it is inactive immediately after the first one. The next line will be counted immediately after the first one.
You can add as many such lines as you need. This allows you to describe a repeating interval of almost any complexity.
Example of a period that is active every third day, starting from the Start date of the period:
The resulting activity calendar:
A calendar has appeared on the period editing page under the editing form.
This calendar displays the time periods during which the edited period is active.
If the period has expanding or narrowing periods, they will also be displayed in this calendar.
The edited period that takes into account the narrowing and expanding periods will be highlighted in a brighter color and have the name "Result".
