- "Not registered" - When creating an order, in the "Advanced" tab, the "Choose car" checkbox is not checked, then the order will be set to this status and the order will not be assigned to any driver.
- "In progress" - The driver has accepted the order and the passenger has boarded the vehicle to the desired drop-off location.
- "Message received" - The order has reached the driver's terminal.
- "Available" - The order is not assigned to any driver and anyone can accept it. Usually this status is set automatically when there is no car in the queue in the specified area.
- "The vehicle arrival time was notified" - the robot has already phoned the passenger and informed that the vehicle is on its way.
- "Request passenger to wait more" - if the vehicle was not found for the passenger, the robot will call and request passenger to wait form some more time.
- "Call to client" - this status is set at the moment when the robot makes an outgoing call in order to notify the passenger.
- "Call failed" - if the robot was unable to call the desired caller for any reason (no answer, busy, phone line failure, etc.)
- "Customer not finished listening" - if the robot did not have time to notify all the information from the beginning to the end and the call was interrupted.
- "The client is waiting to connect with the dispatcher" - The client remained on the line while listening to a message from the system.
- "Client refused" - The passenger pressed 0 on the phone while on the call with robot.
- "Driver refused" - The driver on the terminal pressed the "Decline order" button.
- "Order completed" - After the driver presses the "Stop" button, the order is marked with this status and moved to the "Completed" tab.
- "Reported that the vehicle is on the way" - The status is set when the robot successfully calls the passenger and notifies of all the necessary information.
- "Advance Order" - The order is transferred to the terminals as advance order".
