The program interface consists of several areas:
Order Area
(1),Mini Map' and
Driver Queues` (2)Driver's Directory
(3),Call Area
(4).The size and position of these areas can be changed.
You can change the location and size of the main blocks on the "Orders " tab
Click the "tile " button on the main toolbar.
The tab switches to edit mode.
Using special markers on the corners of the blocks, you can change their size.
Also, blocks can be moved to any available place with the mouse.
This area is divided into three tabs: Current orders
, External orders
and Completed orders
.
In the tab `External Orders', orders are created without the participation of dispatchers (For example orders from the website, through API or server modules from third-party developers), the authenticity and correctness of cannot be set automatically. Such orders are not available to drivers by default. The authenticity of data on such orders must be verified by the dispatcher before they are sent to drivers.
All successful and failed orders are displayed in the "Completed" tab. This tab contains a set of filters that allow the dispatcher to navigate through the recent history of already completed or cancelled orders.
When a driver registers, his call sign appears immediately in that area. If he is the first in the queue, he will receive the new order first, and he will have the right to accept the order or refuse it. If he refuses, the order is automatically passed to the next driver in the queue. Thus, the order of the queue corresponds to the registration time of the drivers: whoever checked in earlier, will be the first to receive the new order.
For ease of use of the program, all drivers who are registered with the cab service are displayed in the lower right corner. The directory contains: the driver's call sign, his last name, first name, middle name, and a note. If the list is very long, you can use the quick search to find the driver you need: entering the driver's call sign will make it easy to find information about him in the directory. To call a driver, you need to find him in the directory and double-click on the line with the information about him. The call will be made to the number indicated by the driver when he was hired.
The moment when a passenger calls, a new line appears in this area with the phone number, and his/her name will appear if calling more than once. If the dispatcher sees that a passenger is calling, in order to accept the call and create a new order he must press the F1 key.
The last fifty calls are recorded in the table on the right. If necessary, double-click on the number and an outgoing call will be made to this number.
The system provides the ability to exchange instant messages between the dispatcher and drivers, and drivers can also exchange messages with each other.
To send a message to a driver, enter the call sign of driver, the content of the message and press the "Enter" key.
The chat tab is followed by a map of the city. It marks the streets with the houses, and displays the drivers who are registered in the terminals. Drivers are displayed as yellow circles with call signs. The position of each driver is determined by satellite and is updated on the map every 60 seconds.
The map can be scaled and scrolled in different directions.
The phone book is filled only by those who have access to the administration panel "Delive". The directory serves to provide quick access to important numbers, numbers of various services, taxi company administration, etc.
