Photo inspection is a check of the physical condition of the vehicle. It shows the condition of the vehicle when the driver leaves for a shift (the frequency of photo inspection depends on the settings), and further verification by the dispatcher of the sent photos.
If photo inspection is enabled, when starting the terminal, the driver will receive a notification about the need to make a photo report. To work without the accepted photo report is currently not possible.
Photoreports received from drivers must be reviewed by the responsible dispatchers. The possibility of review by the dispatcher is set in the dispatcher card in the administration panel (parameter "Allow checking of photo reports").
Also the review of photo reports is available in the administration panel (Drivers -> Photo Reports). There you can also view the history of photo reports by drivers (accepted, rejected, etc.).
The dispatcher or other employee responsible for the photo report can approve or reject the report.
After accepting the photo report, the driver can continue working. If the photo report is rejected, the driver receives a notification with a description of the reasons (e.g.: dirty car or photo of the wrong angle). Reasons are given when rejecting.
You can immediately after rejection make and send repeated photos. Or return to the photo report later, after the causes have been eliminated (you can make a photo report in the driver's terminal at any time via the corresponding item in the "Extras" menu on the main screen).
The setting includes the need for a photo inspection of the vehicle. If the setting is not enabled, drivers will not be required to have a photo report.
The time of relevance of the driver's photos. The time starts to run from the moment the photo report is accepted. The value is indicated in hours.
If the time has expired, new photos will be requested from the driver.
For convenience and uniformity of driver's photo reports - add steps with description of driver's actions. By these steps the driver will understand what photos he needs to take and in what order. Each step requires a photo, the description of the steps will be displayed to the driver as hints before each photo.
If the steps are not specified, the default sequence will be used (front passenger side photo, rear driver side photo and side passenger side photo).
