If a service in a particular city has a dedicated SIM card or SIP number that is already connected to telephony, then we can associate an incoming call to this number with a service in a particular city:
7. Admin panel, in the new city > Services > Incoming lines, write the name in Latin, small characters (you need to pass this name to a technical support specialist), and select the service that you created.
In the application admin panel > Applications and APIs > API Servers > tick your application server, select "Synchronize" in the upper right and the Run button.
Let's check if a new city has appeared:
In the application admin panel > Addresses and autocompletion > Cities.
We edit, if you should have a service with a pre-calculation or display an approximate cost, or you need to change, add some parameters, for example, a description of the service:
In app admin > Services > Services > Click to edit service in app.
Restart the control room: you will be able to select a new city and service in it.
We close the client application forcibly and open it again.
