Delive hardware and software based system for automation of taxi fleet management.
The system consists of many related components.
Server Delive, DMT and Asterisk are hosted on the same physical server by default, but if the load increases, they can be separated on different physical servers.
Software for Dispatcher is connected to the Delive server via a local network (or via the Internet). A softphone is also installed on the dispatcher's computer. All tasks associated with orders are done in the dispatcher's software viz., answering the call, receiving the order, editing the order, connecting clients with drivers, communicating with drivers through the built-in chat program, calling the driver, etc.
The drivers work with the application, which is installed on a smartphone or tablet based on Android called - Driver Terminal. When you first start the application, you configure it to connect to the server: you enter the ip-address or domain name of the server, driver's login and password. After connecting to the server, the driver can view the status of region they are registered in (the number of vehicles and available orders on the list), the driver can register or deregister from the region, can view and, if necessary, accept unassigned and advance oders, receive and send text messages to and from the dispatcher (templates for the most frequently used phrases are available).
Delive also supports the drivers when using the broascast station, but all actions associated with the order are performed by the dispatcher.
For the supervisor/administrator tasks we have Administration Panel. The administration panel is a web based software that is, and to access the administration panel you must have access to the Internet, a browser and data for authorization in the system. You can connect even from mobile devices. In the administration panel, we have all the tasks associated with the taxi fleet management (access for personnel, listening to call records, generating reports, accepting payments, viewing logs, etc.).
